What is the Motor Skill Application Specialist course?
MSAS is a FASTER specialist course that gives you the reasoning behind every exercise you prescribe, for any client. It costs £1,800 paid in full, or £300 deposit and 12 monthly payments of £150, plan total £2,100. It starts where most trainers start, with the popular programmes and videos clients already follow, then runs them through research and exercise design so you can see what holds up and what does not.
