LEVEL 4 STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
The recognised Level 4 S&C certificate, with the software an S&C coach actually needs. Season planning, athlete tracking, and frame-by-frame movement analysis, included, the day you certify.
What is a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning course?
A Level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification is the advanced certificate for trainers who programme for athletes and teams: warm-ups and cool-downs, lifting, speed and agility, and managing groups. You need a Level 3 personal trainer qualification first. With FASTER it is £700 paid in full, or £100 deposit and 8 monthly payments of £87, plan total £796, delivered through FOCUS Awards. Most providers sell the certificate on its own. Here, certifying also unlocks the FASTER PT Manager with the Athlete HQ, the sports season planner, and the movement analysis suite, so you can plan a whole season and analyse lifts on your phone the day after you pass.
What you get
How it works
Who Level 4 S&C is for
Trainers who work with athletes, or want to. And trainers who treat every client like one.
If you have compared L4 S&C courses, you will have noticed they all sell the same certificate. They do. The difference is what you can do the day after you pass. This is the one where you open an app and start planning a season.

"I've been involved with FASTER since 2008 and can honestly say that it was the best decision I've made in my career. The support and guidance is invaluable and has helped me in no small part to get to where I am now as a trainer, with my own gym and coaching international strength athletes."
Not sure if Level 4 S&C is for you?
If you are not sure it fits, ask. John will tell you honestly whether this is the right step or whether something else suits you better. No deadline, no pressure. The founder answers the WhatsApp.

Today's session and the whole season are the same question, answered at two different distances
Adapting one session and shaping a whole season start from the same read. PT Manager's Build screen moves from a single session to a full season, one tool.
Sports SciencePlan the season before the session, so your athlete peaks when the competition is
A strong session and a well-timed peak are different skills. Level 4 Strength & Conditioning teaches the second, so the athlete is ready on the day that counts.
