Injury Recovery to Performance Specialist
Some clients are signed off to exercise but bring an injury, an illness or pain with them. This gives you the skills to research and work with them, safely, inside your scope, and take them back to performance.
What is an injury course for personal trainers?
Injury Recovery to Performance is a FASTER specialist course for training clients who are cleared to exercise but bring an injury, illness or pain with them. It costs £1,800 paid in full, or £300 deposit and 12 monthly payments of £150, plan total £2,100. You learn to research a client's situation properly, build training that works inside your scope of practice, and progress them from cautious recovery back to full performance. It is aimed at trainers who want to be the person other trainers refer their hard cases to. It counts as active learning, so your PT Manager access runs while you study, and free return access is included for life.

A Client's Progress Only Counts If You Can Find It Again
Checking evidence and reading real function both need somewhere to land. PT Manager's client record holds a trainer's notes against every session, and the Live Analyser turns what a trainer sees into a number on that record.
